Franceen has extensive experience in business, property and management. Since 2000 Franceen has been a Business Studies Lecturer with a specific interest in Māori Development through Māori Entrepreneurial Innovation.
She also has experience in Accounting and Property Investment. She has a proven track record as the Managing Director of a Property Investment/Trading Company, INVEX LTD. INVEX, amongst other things, facilitates property transactions and negotiations for property investors and buyers. Through her commercial experience Franceen has developed some trusted business networks in all fields of business. Her qualifications and professional associations include:

Ahu Whenua Development Manager
Hinerau Rameka (LLB)
Tūhoe, Ngāti Awa, Ngāti Kahungunu
Hinerau is passionate about whenua and the wellbeing of her Iwi.
While completing her Bachelor of law with Māori as a second major Hinerau was employed by her husband’s Ngāti Makino people as their Negotiation’s Administrator. After realising the multiple skills and passion Hinerau had for the whenua and well being of Māori communities, Ngāti Makino increased Hinerau’s responsibilities to include management of their environment unit and sourcing government funding to develop and strengthen Ngāti Makino communities.
Hinerau is well versed in the legal aspects that pertain to administration of Māori owned land with key competencies around research, analysis, trustee’s legal responsibilities, securing legal compliance, and succession.
Hinerau has been a recipient of the Trust Boards grants for a number of years and is really excited about the chance to utlise the skills she has acquired to assist in the sustainable development of Tūhoe with a particular focus on internal capability building.

Tribal Records Administrator
Anne Jones
Tūhoe, Ngāti Kahungunu, Ngāti Awa, Te Arawa
Anne is by trade a book keeper. These skills she dutifully applies as the keeper of the tribal records and rolls that the Trust Board is legally obligated to maintain. She has the challenging task of updating and maintaining three rolls; the beneficiary roll, the electoral roll and the share register. Anne was the Trust Board Administrator from 2007.
She has various national certificates in subjects ranging from Business Administration to Small Business Management.

Information Management Administrator
Holly Campbell
Tūhoe, Ngā Puhi, Te Arawa
Holly has a keen interest and zeal for office administration. She recently completed her national certificate in Office Administration and Business Management through the Waiariki Institute of Technology. She has been employed by the Trust Board since March, 2009.
Her responsibilities include:
- Storing, arranging, indexing and classifying records,
- Developing of filing systems
- Maintaining filing systems
- Ensuring these systems meet admin, legal and financial requirements
- Implementing records management policies
- Enabling appropriate access to information
- Advising staff of the management of their records and information.
