The Board is holding its annual meeting at Mataatua Marae, Ruatāhuna on Sunday 24 January 2010. Pohiri at 8-30 am, registration at 9-45 am and annual meeting starts at 10-30 am. Owners are welcome. (Registration forms will be available for those not yet registered).
The report includes the Chairman’s statement, six years audited accounts and reflections by the Chairman for the years 2003 to 2009. The highlights are the Trusts assets have doubled in the last six years, the Trust is cash positive and grants to beneficiaries have gone up by 600 percent. The Trust now has its own professional staff administering the Trusts assets.
