Lands Trust Administration

The obligations and compliance requirements for the administration of the land trusts are specified within the trust deeds.

The Board continues to maintain beneficial owner databases and carry out the individual management needs of the land trusts.

The Board has compiled a schedule of AGM’s that it will conduct over the next 8 months. It will also undertake a complete review of the current land trusts, trust deeds, providing opportunity for beneficial owner input.
